How we build your website - step by step

Tell us about your Event
You fill in a short brief — what the event is, when it's happening, and which pieces you need (posters, standees, stickers, notebooks, or a mix). This helps us understand the full picture before we design a single element. Takes 10 minutes.

We send you a proposal
Based on your brief, we put together a proposal covering each piece you need, along with pricing and a realistic timeline that works backward from your event date. No generic quotes — everything is tailored to what you're actually ordering. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

You share your content
We send you a shared folder to upload your brand assets, logo, event details, and any specific text or imagery you want included. Everything stays organised in one place — no back-and-forth emails, no scattered files.

First draft — we design
Your pieces start taking shape. We apply your brand across every item — posters, standees, stickers, or notebooks — keeping the look consistent whether someone sees one piece or all of them together at your event.

Review and refine
We share the first drafts with you for feedback. You tell us what's working and what needs to change, and we refine each piece until it's ready. Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included, so there's room to get the details right.

Final files delivered
You receive high-resolution, print-ready files for every piece, sized correctly for standard print specifications — ready to send straight to your printer, with enough lead time to have everything in hand before your event.

Do you handle the printing too?
We design and hand over print-ready files.

Can I order multiple types of collateral together?
Yes - posters, standees, stickers, and notebooks can all be bundled into one proposal if you need them for the same event.

How far in advance should I order?
We recommend at least 2-3 weeks before your event date, to allow time for design, revisions, and printing.

What if I don't have brand colours or a logo yet?
We can help with that too — ask us about our Brand Identity service before we begin your event collateral.

What file formats will I receive?
High-resolution, print-ready PDFs for each piece, sized to standard print specifications.

What's the payment structure?
We take 50% to begin and 50% on final delivery.
